The PE/PP Film Woven Bags Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line has two kinds of types. One is the RDS Series Single Stage Compacting Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line which is used for PE Film, PE bags and PLA Film. If your material is more clean (not dirty), you can use this type. Other is the RSS Series Double Stage Compacting Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line which is used for PE Film, PE Bags and PLA Film. Compared with single stage, double stage works more stable, produces more clean and more density granules. We can design the layout according to customers' workshop.

Conveyor Belt
·Conveyor Belt as standard feeding device for plastic film, raffia, filament, woven bag, non-woven fabric, etc.
·Metal detector can be installed on conveyor as optional item, detecting and separating the metal to protect the compactor and extruder effectively.
Compactor
·With optimal design of rotary blades and stationary blades.
·The material got cutting, mixing and compacting in the compactor uniformly, to ensure the material heated and dried effectively which guarantee a fast and stable feeding from the compactor into the extruder.
Single Screw Extruder
·By screw’s rotation, the plastic material goes forward, to finish the processing of compacting, melting, homogenization. Material of screw adopts qualified nitride steel (38CrMoAl), process of CNC, with nitride treatment, has the ability of corrosion resistance and wear-resisting. With the specialized design of screw, even running with high speed, the material of polyolefin can be well melted under lower temperature and lower melting pressure.
·High efficiency and low noise, Long use life and low maintenance cost.
Filter
·Plate type, piston type and automatic self-cleaning type filter, Different choice according to impurity contents in material and customer’s habit.
·Plate type filter is cost-effective and easy to operate which mainly used for regular thermoplastic as usual filtration solution.
Water Ring Cutter
·Cutting speed of pelletizer controlled automatically by PLC according to the pressure of die head, which could achieve the uniform size for output pellets.
·Blades of pelletizer touch to die plate automatically by pneumatic system, make sure blades contact with die plate properly, easy to operate and abrasion avoided.

Vertical Dehydrator

·Remover water with high speed before granules into vibrator screen machine.
·Rotor and cover made by SUS 304.

Vibrating Screen

·Double layer.
·First layer to screen out bigger size material, good material goes out from middle, dust get out from the bottom.

Silo

·The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.
·Pipes and silos are wrapped with black sound insulation cotton, which reduces the volume from 82dB to 68dB.
·Pipes and silos are made by SUS 304.
